IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHOP ONLINE? 

Today you can place an order on WWW.MATHILDEDANGLADE.COM from the following countries : Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Sweden. 

 

For other countries you may send an email to eshop.mdj@gmail.com to make a request. Tax could be had to the price.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I'VE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY? 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, contact our customer service at eshop.mdj@gmail.com 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Deliveries in Belgium will take 3 to 4 business days, if longer the customer will immediately be informed. International deliveries will depend on the country of destination. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or Bancontact/Mistercash. 

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons: 

- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid. 

- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit. 

- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly. 


IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes. The data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Master Card only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

The shipping fee for deliveries are:

Luxembourg, Netherlands : 7,5€

France, Germany, UK : 10,5€

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland,Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain: 16,5€

Bulgary, Cyprus, Estonia, North Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania: 25€



HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND?

In case you wish to return your order, follow the steps here under. You have 10 days following the day of delivery to return your order.  At first, You need to send an email to eshop.mdj@gmail.com

- Mark which articles you wish to return on your receipt.

- Pack the articles you wish to return and a copy of your receipt in its original packaging and sent the package back to us at your cost at the following address: VENTURE SHIPPING 9b rue Louis Hymans – 1050 Brussels - Belgium 

- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer service once return has been received and you will receive a full refund (besides delivery costs) for your returned articles, via the same means used to make your purchase (Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.) 


MATHILDE DANGLADE reserves the right to reject the refund of returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition as in which they were received. Will not be accepted for refund: used, damaged, incomplete, dirty articles, articles made to order for the customer, articles that have been worn or where the tag has been removed. 

Items purchased on the web shop can NOT be returned for refund through the MATHILDE DANGLADE retail shops.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

Exchanges are only possible through the MATHILDE DANGLADE within 14 days after the date of delivery. The items need to be in perfect condition together with the tag and the packaging. Note that no return or reimbursement will be done through the MATHILDE DANGLADE stores. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REPAIR?

AT FIRST, please send an e-mail to our customer service department at eshop.mdj@gmail.com and if a participation fee is required, the customer will be told by e-mail.

 

The repair of an item doesn’t give the right of reimbursement. Every default needs to be reported within 6 months of detection. After which, every right for free repair or exchange will be voided. The (commercial and/or legal) warranty is never valid on defaults that were created because of accidents, negligence, falls, abnormal or incorrect usage, use of the item for other purposes it is intended for, changes or modifications made to the item, hard-handed usage, bad maintenance. It’s also not applicable on items with a shorter lifespan. The warranty is non-transferable. 

Then if the customer decides to repair the jewels, he sends it to :

The customer should pay the amount before the repaired item is send back to him. The shipping fee is at the cost of the customer.
